The church already had some basic media tools but needed everything to work together, without buying expensive new gear. We came in to help them maximize what they had and improve their weekly service delivery both online and onsite.
Connected the camera to a central system that could handle both recording and mixing.
Set up the presentation system (lyrics, slides, Bible verses) to feed into the same video system, so everything could be shown clearly both online and in-house.
Linked a streaming system (on a separate computer) that pulls the final video feed and sends it to Facebook, YouTube, and Mixlr — without overloading the main service systems.
Configured house displays (TVs and projectors) to show the same clean output — removing distractions and improving clarity.
Installed a dedicated screen for the pastor, showing sermon notes or special prompts, separate from what the congregation sees.
Enabled a simple internal messaging system, so the media team can quietly pass messages to the pastor or worship leader through that screen.
The setup made it easier for the media team to focus, the live stream quality improved, and the pastor now has more confidence during service. All of this was done within the church’s existing budget and equipment — no need for a full overhaul.
“Before, everything felt scattered. Now the team works better, and the service flows smoothly both onsite and online.”
